Breaking: Two astronauts make safe emergency landing after aborted rocket launch

Two astronauts have made a historic emergency landing at Baikonur cosmodrome, Kazakhstan barely an hour ago, after their rocket developed technical problems two minutes after take-off.

The two-man rocket crew have made a safe emergency landing, hours after blasting, due to a rocket engine difunct of the Soyuz MS-10 that began 120 seconds after the rocket took off to space.

The two astronauts are: Russian Ovchinin and American Nick Hague. The two will be flown to Moscow for further medical check-up.
